1. Technical secondary school or above, proficient in computer operation, management, industrial and civil construction, construction engineering is preferred;
At least 3 years relevant working experience; Having a post certificate of archivist or construction data worker is preferred;
3. Familiar with file management methods and computer file management information system;
4. Understand the basic knowledge of construction enterprise contracting mode, contract signing, construction budget and on-site economic activity analysis and management;
5. Understand the design, construction acceptance specifications and the laws, regulations, standards and specifications of safe production;
6. Studious, earnest, hard-working, good communication skills and team spirit;
7. Proficient in using office software, and familiar with relevant regulations on archives management of national and local governments.
